		<description>Ryan I think you really hit this one on the spot! So many times coaches and quarterbacks are ego driven and simply cannot trust in each other. Those duos usually seem to fail. Respect and trust are definitely things from football that need to be earned in essential every relationship you have if you want it to be successful!</description>
